Jason is a past member of the Professional Standards Committee of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). This is the committee that advises the association on matters related to ethical standards. He is also a past member of the NAR Political Involvement Committee. He has served locally on the Professional Standards Committee of the Austin Board of Realtors, the Advisory Board for My Healing Place, the Resource Development Committee for The Austin Children’s Museum, and the Marketing Committee for Green Doors.
Jason started Juice Homes in 2007 with the desire to create a brokerage that included Austin’s best and brightest real estate agents. Not just market-savvy Realtors with impeccable business credentials - but agents who are members of their community. This dedication to social justice and community development has always been a large part of Jason's life. He grew up in the halls of his mother's community foundation and later went on to serve as Development Director and Capital Campaign Consultant to a number of nonprofits.
Jason earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Negotiations and Diplomacy from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and his MBA from UT-Austin, with further training in sales negotiations. These degrees fit nicely into a real estate agent's two primary roles - pricing and negotiation.
Jason loves helping buyers and sellers of all price ranges and is never too busy to help you, your friend, or your family member find or sell a home.
For all Jason's education, most of what he learns these days comes from his sweet kids - Nathaniel and Lucia, and he still celebrates the housing lottery pick that placed the girl across the hall from him that became his best friend and has held the title for 20+ years running.
