Seven years ago, we transformed an old daycare at 2010 W. Koenig Lane into our home base, a neighborhood real estate office rooted in Midtown. This week, we closed on the sale of our building to a fantastic buyer, and we're excited to see the property begin its next chapter.

But we're not going anywhere.
